Our print farm runs six Creality K2 Plus machines — high-speed, enclosed CoreXY printers built for serious production work.
Each printer delivers a generous 350×350×350mm build volume, giving us the capacity to produce large-format parts or batch multiple smaller components in a single run. With six machines operating simultaneously, we can turn around high-volume orders without compromising on lead times.
Speed without sacrifice. These printers reach speeds of up to 600mm/s with 30,000mm/s² acceleration, dramatically reducing print times compared to conventional machines. Closed-loop servo motors with 32,768 microsteps per revolution ensure precision is maintained even at high speeds.
Built for engineering materials. The actively heated chamber and tri-metal nozzles (rated to 350°C) allow us to work confidently with demanding filaments including ASA, ABS, nylon, carbon fibre composites, and flexible TPU — not just basic PLA.
Intelligent monitoring. Dual AI cameras provide real-time print monitoring with automatic failure detection, so problems are caught early and quality stays consistent across every part.
Our xTool S1 is a fully enclosed, Class 1 safety-rated laser system equipped with both a 20W diode laser for cutting and the 1064nm infrared module for precision metal marking.
Diode laser capabilities. The 20W blue diode laser cuts cleanly through materials up to 10mm thick in a single pass — ideal for wood, MDF, leather, acrylic, card and fabric. The 498×319mm working area handles larger projects and efficient batch processing.
True metal engraving. The 1064nm IR laser module is where this machine really stands out. Unlike standard diode lasers that require coatings or marking sprays, the infrared laser engraves directly onto bare metal — including stainless steel, aluminium, gold, silver, brass, copper and titanium. No prep, no compromise.
Precision detailing. With a laser spot size of just 0.03×0.03mm, the IR module excels at fine detail work: small text, intricate logos, photo-realistic engraving, and personalisation on jewellery and giftware.
Safe and clean operation. The fully enclosed design with integrated extraction means no safety glasses required during operation, and smoke and fumes are efficiently filtered — keeping the workspace clean and compliant.
